Bogh Electric built its name the old fashioned way, through referrals, repeat work, and word of mouth. Tony saw where things were heading, more customers searching online, more new faces in town, and knew it was time to get there first. We built them a site to get found for the work they want, fix their listings across the web, and turn local searches into booked jobs.

The Challenge
Bogh Electric has handled residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work across Clatsop County for more than 16 years, as a licensed contractor and an Energy Trust of Oregon Trade Ally. The reputation was already there, strong reviews, steady referrals, and a name people trusted. As more customers moved their search online, and as new residents who had never heard the local word of mouth started looking for an electrician, owner Tony saw that the business needed a presence to match, but currently there were a few problems…
Bogh Electric didn't have a website resulting in a lack of trust, unclear services offered
Search for an electrician in the area and Bogh showed up, on the Chamber of Commerce, on a Google profile with strong reviews, on Yelp, on the BBB. Four results, and Bogh controlled none of them. There was no website to click, no story, no services, no faces, nothing that answered the real questions a homeowner is asking, who is coming into my house? Do they provide the service I'm looking for? Are they licensed? People either called on the spot or moved to a competitor they could read more into first.
Inaccurate business data affected their search visibility
Bogh's information was inconsistent across those platforms, in places showing a mislabeled name or a home address. Search engines read that inconsistency as uncertainty, which let competitors with fuller, more consistent profiles outrank them. On Bing and the smaller directories, there was little accurate information to go on at all.
Most online leads came in blind
With no website doing the explaining, the phone did all the work. Customers called with no idea what Bogh offered, and the team spent those calls describing services instead of booking jobs. There was no online form, no after hours path, and no way for the interest Bogh already earned to turn into a qualified lead on its own.

What We Built
We built Bogh a presence they own, designed to do three things at once, get found for the right work, earn trust before the first call, and capture leads without anyone lifting a finger.
A site built to built trust, educate, and get the work they are after
A full website organized around the exact jobs Bogh wants more of, with dedicated hubs for residential, commercial, industrial, and emergency service, plus individual service pages written to rank for specific local searches. Custom photography, with trust indicatiors like testimonials and directory rankings, ccid's and more to convey professionalism and trust people know in person.
Correction of innacurate NAP listings online to increase visibility
We corrected Bogh's name, address, and phone information everywhere it appeared online, so search engines read one consistent business. That consistency strengthens how often they surface when locals search, and it closes the gap that let competitors get ahead.
Lead and Review capture system
An online quote form captures job details before the first conversation, so every lead arrives informed and the team stops fielding blind calls. An FAQ answers the common questions on the site. A Google review QR code tied into their invoicing turns finished jobs into fresh reviews. Together they take work off the phone and put it to work on the site.

Impact
The site launches with the fundamentals in place to earn results and to prove them, with analytics and Search Console connected from day one.
